SALTO DEL ÁNGEL WATERFALL AND CUEVA DE LOS GUÁCHAROS (THE CAVE Of THE OIL BIRD)

After a 25 minutes ride on a jeep, climbing up Quebrada Bonita to «El Cuchillón», we start walking through beautiful cattle fields, pine and native forest. Until we reach the amazing waterfall known as «Salto del Angel» a sight to see, 50 mts high, then we keep walking, we cross two canyons and reach the «Guacharos Sanctuary» a wonderful cave, full of birds known as guacharos and surrounded by vegetation.

We keep walking up, crossing prairies we will reach «The Golden Ponds» (some waterfalls). The end of the journey is the «Ladder waterfall». From there, the jeep will take us back to town in 20 minutes.
